Our Organic Buckwheat Pancake mix is a perfect ready made gluten free pancake flour blend for delicious weekend pancakes. Using a combination of Organic buckwheat and maize flours, whole egg powder, sugar and vanilla flavouring, we’ve found these to be tasty on their own or with some fresh bananas, berries and maple syrup.
Cooking Instructions:
Add either water or milk (cows or dairy free) until you have the thickness (consistency) you like.
Topping Inspiration:
Try thinly sliced banana and strawberries with cinnamon powder and maple syrup OR alternatively, freshly squeezed lemon juice and a sprinkle of organic coconut sugar.
