1. Shipping Policy
1.1 Affordable Wholefoods uses Australia Post eParcel for all orders to be mailed out across Australia. Shipping costs vary in accordance with Australia Post charges depending on location.
You will get an exact shipping cost at the checkout once you have completed your shopping and before confirming your order.

1.2 The maximum order weight is 20kg. For orders over this amount please contact Affordable Wholefoods directly regarding shipping costs on (02) 66 22 1290, or alternatively you can place a second order with us.
1.3 Delivery time frame with Australia Post is approximately 3 – 5 working days.
1.4 In the case of unforeseen circumstances within Australia Posts’ delivery system, Affordable Wholefoods has a further 3 day resolution period before re-sending any parcels.

2. Ordering Policy
2.1 Customers are to place orders ONLINE only.
2.2 The Company reserves the right at all times to refuse any order from the Customer without giving reasons.
2.3 Once an order is placed by the Customer and accepted by the Company, if the Customer thereafter wishes to cancel or vary the order, the Customer may be liable for costs, if any, incurred by the Company up to that point in time.
2.4 Goods sourced either locally or overseas, specifically to fullfil an order may not be cancelled or varied unless agreed by the Company.
2.5 All cancellations or variations must be in writing.
2.6 Prices of goods are subject to change at any time, dependant on seasonal and or other factors relating to the goods in question.
3. Terms
3.1 Terms of payment are Credit Card, Paypal or valid coupon or gift certificate.
4. Refunds
4.1 If you are not happy with the quality or condition of any part of your order when it arrives to you, please contact us within 48 hours and we will replace those items next time you shop with us, or arrange a refund for the dollar amount of those items. Please note, refunds do not include the postage costs.
4.2 Affordable Wholefoods will not refund the customer where there has been a change of mind or where the wrong product has been ordered.
4.3 Affordable Wholefoods will not refund the customer in the case of not liking a product that wasn’t tried beforehand.
5. Delivery and Risk
5.1 Delivery of goods shall be effected by the Company to the Customer subject to availability, and without any liability on behalf of the Company for any delays.
5.2 Once the goods have been delivered by the Company to the site of the Customer, all risk in and to the goods shall pass to the Customer.
5.3 Price of Freight/Postage and Packing is subject to change at any time to which the company will do all in its means to notify the customer.
6.Payment
6.1 Payment is only received by the Company when it receives cash or when the proceeds of other methods of payment are credited and cleared to the Company bank account.
7. Claims
7.1 All claims for any damage and/or defect in the goods purchased by the Customer must be made to the Company in writing within 48 hours of delivery of the goods otherwise the goods are deemed to be received in good order and condition.
7.2 As the Company has a 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE the Company will replace those items the Customer deems to have poor quality or condition of the Goods with the next delivery to the Customer.
8. Disputed Charges
8.1 If a Customer in good faith disputes any invoiced charges, the customer may withhold the disputed amount, but only if on or before the payment due date;
8.1.1 The undisputed amount is paid in full, and
8.1.2 Notice in writing of the dispute is given to the Company, setting out details of the amount disputed, the reasons for the dispute, and the basis for calculating the disputed amount.
8.2 The Company will investigate all disputes.
8.3 If the amount is found to be payable (in whole or in part), then the Customer must pay that amount within 7 days of receiving notice and the basis of the decision.
8.4 Invoiced charges that are not disputed in good faith within 14 days of the date of an invoice will be deemed to be correct.

9.1 Affordable Wholefoods uses Google Analytics and the Facebook Pixel to analyse the performance of our website and support our online marketing.

10.1 The Affordable Wholefoods website has up to date SSL certification, using the latest security measures to ensure our customers and any information they may enter whilst purchasing on our site is secure.
10.2 Under no circumstances does the site record any financial details entered by the customer during purchase.

11.1 By initiating the shopping process with us online and/or agreeing to our terms and conditions you give permission for Affordable Wholefoods to send you promotional material.
12. Definitions
Unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them.
The “Customer” shall mean the customer named in the Online Registration Form or referred to in other relevant documents and shall, unless the context otherwise requires, include its employees and agents.

The “Goods” shall mean any goods, products or services offered for sale by the Company.
