Our organic cinnamon powder is higher grade of cinnamon compared to the cassia variety that we most commonly see in food stores and supermarkets. It is referred to as ceylon or ‘true cinnamon’ and comes from the inner bark of a small evergreen tree native to Sri Lanka.
Ceylon cinnamon has been used for thousands of years as a medicinal support for the body.
