Our organic ultra mix contains carefully chosen ingredients combined to make the perfect snack. With the delicious combination of Inca berries (wild gooseberries), cranberries, sultana’s, raisins, cashews, pecans, brazil nuts and dark chocolate, our organic ultra mix is the wholesome snack of choice.
Health Benefits:
This mix is packed with a great variety of nutrients. Brazil contains the powerful anti-oxidant selenium as well as the amino acid methionine, which a lot of other foods are low in. Sultana’s, cranberries and raisins also contain some anti-oxidants as well as some iron and potassium. Cashews and pecans are a great source of healthy fats, are rich in magnesium and are a great source of beneficial dietary fibre. Due to the high protein content because of the nuts, one handful will fill you up all afternoon, keeping your blood sugar levels steady and your energy going.
