Product Description
Psyllium husks are a form of fibre that comes from the plantago ovata plant. They come from the husks of the plants seed and are traditionally used as a bulk fibre supplement to support with digestion irregularities. When combined with water, pysllium husk forms a gel like substance (that is naturally gluten free) that has a gentle laxative effect on the body. Much more gentle then some over the counter laxatives.
