These carob buds are perfect in combination with nuts, seeds and coconut flakes for a healthy snack alternative and are great on their own, especially as an after dinner mint. Peppermint has long been revered for its role in settling the stomach and calming the digestive tract and these tasty buds contain natural peppermint oil.
