Dried banana’s make a great snack on their own as they are full of flavour and have a delightfully chewy texture.  They make a healthy snack for school lunch boxes and can be chopped and added to cereal. They make a great pudding or pancake topping when chopped and stewed for half an hour in a little water on the stove with ground cinnamon and ginger.
