Baking gluten free bread is easy with our delicious traditional bread mix specially designed to make gluten free bread making simple and tasty. The blend of flours includes maize (from corn), rice, soy and vegetable flour which is just the right combination for a light somewhat nutty tasting loaf perfect for sandwiches or toasting for breakfast.
The cottage bread mix can also be made into country style cob loaves, bread rolls or baguettes.
