Product Description
Native to the Moluccas – formerly known as the spice Islands of Indonesia, clove spice comes from the pink flower buds of the evergreen clove tree. Picked by hand whilst still pink, they are dried until they turn a brown colour. With their uniquely warming, sweet and aromatic flavour, whole cloves are great for flavouring curries, dahls and spicy soups.
