Organic Uncontaminated Oats (Rolled)

Our Organic Uncontaminated Rolled Oats are grown on US farms where wheat, rye and barley have not been grown for at least 2 years prior. These oats are grown for the gluten free market, however due current labeling laws within Australia they cannot be officially called ‘Gluten Free’ as they still contain a measure of 3ppm gluten.

Rolled oats are a healthy breakfast option not only due to their amazing health benefits, but also in that they are simply delicious to eat (even on their own). We suggest a bowl of cooked oats topped with your favourite fresh or dried fruit, a handful of pepitas, almonds and sesame seeds and a splash of honey or maple syrup. Other uses for oats include in making your own homemade muesli, baking bread, muffins or cookies.

Oats are high in a specific type of dietary fiber called beta-glucan as well as being high int the minerals manganese, selenium, phosphorus, fiber, magnesium, and zinc.
