Crispy rice bran straws are a delicious gluten free alternative to the popular wheat bran cereal. Great sprinkled onto your favourite cereal for extra fibre, or otherwise they make a crispy addition to homemade gluten free muesli.
Rice bran straws are low in fat, high in fibre and have a low GI meaning they are slow release sugar that supports more balanced blood sugar levels in the body. With the added goodness of prune juice concentrate, they can also help us have regular and healthy digestion.
